Pros: Excellent quality chicken, juicy and delicious. Oher ingredients and bun very fresh. Coleslaw crispy and flavorful. Giant A rating on the window, good music inside, not too loud, clear menu items. The girl at the register was very friendly and helpful, food was quick to arrive.
Cons: I know it’s just a door, but the front door looks gross and it’s literally the first impression. There’s some kind of cardboard barrier at the register that feels impersonal. Like thick glass and bars at a bank. The touchscreen to pay wasn’t working. I think there was a tip jar but it was kind of behind that barrier and I paid with a card so they didn’t get anything. No napkins in the bag, no offer of condiments on the way out.
Overall good, I’ll be coming back as it’s a great way to get some healthy protein for a fair price.
