I have been coming here since this place opened in 2005, and I drive for 30 minutes just to get here. It WAS great until recently. The sandwich that I just got has 2 small slices of ham on it, and ONE slice of cheddar cheese. There's maybe an egg and a half, and it's very dry. The sandwich is NOT on a garlic roll, like I specified. Instead, it is on a stale roll from the night before. The special sauce has been forgotten AGAIN - I order online, so I have to check that I want special sauce. This means that it is printed out on my order ticket, and yet it is constantly forgotten. I'm always told in person that the sauce is on the sandwich.I've also been ordering the Midnight Express with Extra Cheddar and Special Sauce since 2005. Once again, while "Special Sauce" is selected, AND "SPECIAL SAUCE - NO RUSSIAN DRESSING" is typed out on a ticket, YOU PUT RUSSIAN DRESSING ON THE SANDWICH. Along with one or two slices of cheese, overcooked bacon, and dry chicken cutlets. If I ever come back, I'm gonna take up the whole counter space to open up my sandwhiches to make sure it has the sauce that I want and more than one slice of cheese.At one point, you guys stopped making french toast on the weekends - bad move. And now a worse move is not making it before 6 am during the week. It's bread that you soak in eggs, I don't understand what the problem is. Wipe the grill with a rag, or do whatever Danny had you guys doing for YEARS. Why is it even on the "24-hour breakfast menu"?!?What the hell has been going on here? I miss Danny. Is he still around? He was very nice and friendly to everyone, and all of the food was Excellent.
