This not only raises significant health concerns but also strongly suggests that proper food safety measures, such as wearing gloves, are not being followed in your kitchen.
When I called to report the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. At no point did the staff member acknowledge the gravity of the situation, nor was an apology offered. As a customer, I find this response unacceptable, as it disregards both health standards and basic customer service expectations.
I urge the owner to address this matter immediately to ensure that proper hygiene protocols are being enforced. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions the establishment will take to prevent such incidents in the future.
