The fried rice tasted like it should but we were surprised by how many shrimp it had. the calamari was just wow. this is a dish I grew up with but not many people make it right. the flavor is in the breading so if it's bland, it just a chewey mess. but this one was seasoned amazingly! the crawfish was vietcajun which is prepared differently, but I think it's better. I had the super spicy sauce and it was perfect. just hot enough to make your nose run and start sweating a little, but not so hot that it's a chore to eat. it was so good I ordered more to go, before I finished what I already ordered. the staff is also super nice. we had a little hiccup with an order, I mentioned it to my waiter as a heads up. I didn't ask for anything, but when he told his manager they told us all the drinks were on the house. I'm sure on their end fountain drinks cost nothing, but it saved us $10, and they didn't have to do it. overall an excellent experience.
