Read MoreI honestly would leave a 5 star review as I always support our local Waller businesses, but I’m so frustrated by tonight’s experience i can’t. My husband and I went for dinner around 7:00pm, as we do most Friday nights, and we sat in the bar area. We have found we get the best service here. Unfortunately, tonight was not the night. After sitting for 10 minutes we finally got some chips and salsa and drinks, then ANOTHER 15 minutes before we had our order taken. Not a huge deal, we weren’t in a hurry. It wasn’t until the food was brought out came the issue. My husband was served first, again, not the end of the world, but when I had to sit and watch him eat his meal with nothing was the straw that broke the camel’s back. My food finally arrived, my husband was already finished with his dinner and I had to order a to go box. No apology, no discount or offer to remove it from the bill. If I wanted to eat by myself I would have just stayed home. Apparently when my husband complained while paying the bill, he was told “oh, hopefully your service will be better next time.” Next time?? What about this time. Needless to say, I guess we’ll have to start going to Cypress to eat. The only reason I gave stars was because the food was consistent with what we expect from there, nothing exciting, but good for casual meal. So sad we now have to go out our way to grab a quick bite, i actually enjoyed coming here, but apparently we don’t matter to the staff enough to want to return.
