It was super crowded when I came in, but you wouldn’t have known it by how calm and friendly the staff were. The manager greeted everyone with a smile, kept the line moving, reassured guests their food was on the way, and even offered water to those waiting which you rarely see at a fast food spot.
She wasn’t just managing, she was leading checking in with her team, keeping things organized, and making sure every customer felt seen and appreciated. In a world where fast food experiences can feel rushed or impersonal, this location stood out in the best way. Shoutout to the whole team, but especially that manager.
