However, we have a serious concern regarding a security on our account. The next morning, I got a call from the manager, who also coordinated the party. She was expressing a disagreement, a sense of disappointment. To my surprise, she stated that we gave the placed a detailed negative feedback on the survey. I explained that we have not written any feedback or aware of any survey yet at the time. She confirmed that it was us, that it was our email on the feedback. I've told her, if there was a feedback from us that it would be on a positive note. Nevertheless, our great concern is how or who made the feedback under our email. I wish Chuckie Cheese would look further into this as safety and security matter.
