Last week, I ordered through the mobile app. Order was to be ready by 1:10. Got there on time, and the place was chaos. Lots of people waiting on mobile orders. One worker said they had run out of rice, both brown and white. How does a Mexican-themed restaurant run out of rice? Make more than you think need. If you have to toss out a batch at the end of the day because you made too much, you’re out about $.25 worth of food.
Then the worker said they were running way behind. I waited for over 30 min, and the app said they hadn’t even started my order. I tried to cancel through the app, but it wouldn’t let me. No way I could get the workers attention to cancel, so I just left without my food. Ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card.
