I usually order online and pick-up at curbside. My only complaint is that the curbside parking is always full every time I go there and I have to park somewhere else in their parking lot. It is not necessarily a complaint against the restaurant but I have an issue with other customers parked in the curbside parking spots and eating in their cars. The curbside parking spots are meant for fast pick-up and go and not to take their time eating in their cars. If Chick-Fil-A can address this and do something about it, that would be great for all customers as I don't think I am the only one who will complain about this.

They really have the drive through down to a science! Don’t be dismayed if you see a long line, they can get 10 cars through in under 5 minutes. Food is always fresh, never sloppy. Bravo!
