Man, they should probably change out one or two front end employees at this location. Up until yesterday, most of what I've experienced had to do with one particular individual that just appears to hate her job. It appears that the courtesy she extends to patrons is quite selective, in my opinion. Yesterday, I p/u my order & a young man was attempting to be helpful & brought it out but dropped some of the items out the bag. In the midst of p/u those items, several biscuits fell onto the counter & floor along with condiments as well. As I began p/u the items, I noticed that I along with the assistance from another customer, were the only two making an effort to retrieve the items off the counter/floor. The young man proceeded to hold a conversation with a fellow employee. I literally had to ask the young man if he was going to assist us.
I have no problem with the mistake itself b/c those things shouldn't but do happen from time to time. The issue was with their reluctance to help p/u the items until they were asked. Chick-fil-A, I think everyone holds you to a higher standard & certainly expects better than this from you!
