So at a franchise level, thanks guys, you haven't let me down yet (and a secret tip for all other businesses out there who may read this, they must have a secret ingredient for hiring people because all my experiences have always been great dealing with their staff, so figure out how to take notes) (also on a side note, this is from MY point of view and I'm sorry to hear if anyone else has had a bad experience). Now for this specific location, I still give 5 stars, the staff was very friendly as always, the restaurant was clean and tidy, they were just starting to get slammed but no one was yelling or panicking, they all seemed very coordinated and professional, the outside grounds were clean and upkept. So for all employees or businessmen reading this, keep up the good work and thank you. Customers, you will always have different experiences than I do, but I hope they're at least as pleasant.
