The shawarma had an overwhelming amount of meat and lacked the advertised - and signature - fries/chips. Also, it had hardly any pickles in comparison to the amount of meat. Lastly, it was notably lacking garlic sauce within the shawarma itself. While I was provided garlic sauce on the side, its gel-like consistency (last picture) hinted it was not authentic. True garlic sauce should have a creamy texture, unlike what was served.
P.S. I noticed that on their menu, the chicken shawarma is listed for $7.99. However, be cautious when ordering through DoorDash as the price is $11.69.
