The drive-thru employee is literally sit down waiting on the food. I don’t understand what is happening, our trip have been delayed more than 30 min just because we think Checkers will be quicker. You can’t tell me you are understaffed if you have employees sitting down. Nothing was offer for all the time we had to wait, and above everything we asked for bacon on the hamburgers and no bacon was added but it was charged to us.
