However, during our visit for lunch, the place seemed rather empty, which did allow for a peaceful dining experience. The music playing in the background was enjoyable, and it was refreshing to have a meal in such a serene atmosphere.
For my lunch, I opted for the steak sandwich with a side of salad, accompanied by a refreshing glass of water. The steak sandwich was decent, although it was cooked closer to medium well rather than the medium rare I had requested. The salad, on the other hand, consisted of fresh ingredients, but the dressing was a bit too sour for my liking.
Overall, I believe it would be worthwhile to revisit The Cellar Door during the evening when the ambiance is livelier. Despite the slight disappointment with the steak sandwich and dressing, the excellent service from the stunning waitstaff made the experience quite enjoyable.
