I first reviewed this Carrabba’s on Flagler 7 years ago, and after countless visits since then, I felt it was time for an update—and an upgrade! This location has always been a favorite of mine, consistently delivering delicious food, a warm atmosphere, and great service over the years. But this most recent visit truly reminded me why I keep coming back.
What made the difference this time? GRACE.
Our server, Grace, delivered nothing short of impeccable service. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and her kind and professional demeanor elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to meet someone who embodies true hospitality the way she does. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, ensured our drinks were always full, and timed every course perfectly. Her recommendations were flawless, and she genuinely made us feel like valued guests, not just another table.
To say Grace made our night would be an understatement—she made the entire visit unforgettable.
The food, as always, was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The Chicken Bryan remains a go-to for me, and don’t even get me started on that heavenly bread with the herb oil.
If I could give this updated review 100 stars, I absolutely would.
Carrabba’s on Flagler continues to be one of Miami’s best-kept secrets, and with team members like Grace, it’s no surprise this place still shines after all these years.
