Update March 2022 - I followed the link provided and corporate management responded immediately. They expressed their concerns and a sincere desire to "make-it-right" to me. True to their word, I received four coupons for free meals at the Ellijay location. So upon our return to Ellijay in March, we went to Captain D's and were pleasantly surprized. The staff was cheerful, greeted us warmly and promptly took our order which was completed perefectly. The restrooms were very clean and the food was really good. As such, I've updated the rating to five stars. The story has a happy ending and we look forward to continuing to stop at the Ellijay Captain D's. Customer service does make a difference!
