We were surprised they weren't over for lunch but it is the off-season. We arrived at 4:00, another surprise was that they didn't have an elevator to get in, it was a very long ramp for handicap, and then when I arrived at the top the handicap access door was locked, I banged and banged and finally someone came and opened it for me and for some reason it wasn't unlocked and then it was a very long walk around the entire building to get to the front where my party was waiting. Party was waiting. Our front was a very steep set of stairs, okay if you're used to stairs but be warned. Very big building with lots of seating. A very nice menu. Popular salad - California Dreaming, the bisque soup was delicious, plenty for a meal, but My friend added the salad and I had a bit of a baked potato. The potato was cooked to perfection and I still brought home most of it. It was a great place to visit with a college buddy and catch up for hours. The view was terrific. I got to see dolphins from the window, herons flying by, cool sailboats and this is January! It's a great place. The view of Charleston was terrific and so was the food
