The menu was packed with korean desserts and drinks that attracted my eyeballs, like injeolmi waffle, matcha bingsoo and croffles, dragon fruit açai bowl, etc.
*Dalgona Soft Serve $9.5
It was a vanilla soft serve layered with dalgona chunks and dalgona crumbs. The texture of dalgona reminded me of honeycomb: brittle, crunchy and crispy.
Flavor-wise It was sweet like toffee. It was an indulgence as I don’t eat very sweet dessert often. The dalgona flavor had a great chemistry with the creamy soft serve, which made me crave for it after every spoonful. Worth to mention the soft serve size was huge.
