Read MoreI took my son here on 5.22.24, at about 12:15 pm. I figured during the week would be better than on the weekend. They were not packed or swamped. Stood at the entrance waiting for someone to seat us for 14 minutes. We talked about leaving when a woman came over and apologized for the wait. This individual was very helpful. And asked about where we wanted to sit. Eventually, a female with a name tag "Angeline" came over and advised us she would be our waitress today. Took our orders, brought one out, and the other one did not come out until almost 10 minutes before the second oder came out. Waitress never came over to check on us or the order, never offered refills on the drinks, and we had to ask for our check and boxes. I left a 15% tip, as I know what they get paid, my son left no tip. This is an unfortunate situation, as we have always received excellent service, staff and delicious food. I hope to never be treated like that again or I will never return.
