It definitely wasn't slow-cooked and falling apart like you'd expect from good brisket. To make matters worse, the ring onion was challenging. I was about to lose my tooth since that was like stone. The brisket was rock-solid, making it difficult to even cut through, let alone enjoy. The onion itself seemed undercooked and tough. Overall, the meal was a far cry from the comforting family fare I was hoping for. At least don’t take brisket and ring onion.
