short story, make a reservation here for a nice meat focused dinner, with strong pasta, vegetable, desert and cocktail options.
At the chefs table,our amuse bouche was a lovely little kombucha. The burata had lovely seasonal pickled fruits, the tartar was balanced, our pasta perfectly al dente and bright enough for me not to miss the salad we didn't order, the burger was very nice with lots of umami instead of salt, and the basque cheesecake was the best I have had in Colorado, with a silky texture that took me back to San Sebastian. Cocktails were on point, and wine was well paired. Our staff was kind, prompt and attentive, and the environment was lively. This was my fourth visit, and I look forward to returning.
Update: 5th visit was just as rewarding.
