As a collective, my family had the Downtown Mofo, Ribs, and Arkansas and Texas brisket. For the sides we had the collards, Mac n cheese, sweet potatoes, coleslaw, and fries. Everything was great. The burnt ends were so tender and had a hint of sweet. The ribs fell off the bone and the Downtown Mofo was packed with generous amounts of meat. I am generally picky about coleslaw but their slaw was flavorful, fresh, and crunchy. This location seats about 40, maybe 50 inside and there’s a 6 top bar that’s been renovated. We were also told they have a rooftop seating option that will open after April. They have parking adjacent to the restaurant and of course there is street parking. We are not local but will definitely be back once the weather gets warmer to check out the rooftop seating. Thanks for a wonderful lunch experience!
