We worked with Mary (& Cheyenne & Theresa) of Bistro 501 - who were dedicated, attentive, and caring - to carefully plan our wedding schedule, special wedding menu, seating arrangements, appetizers, champagne, specialty his/her drinks, music, first dance, kids special play area, and more. In addition, Mary was able to lend us Lahr Lobby (next door) for a few hours prior to the dinner so we can take amazing photos on the sweeping marble staircase, complete with a pop up grazing table, bartender, and champagne! We are so impressed by how everything was pulled together and our guests are still raving about the food. The food was absolutely amazing - we had salmon, duck, steak, and lamb on the menu and everything was done to perfection with fantastic portion sizes. All of our guests were amazed and said the food was the best they ever had from any wedding! The wait staff that night (shout out to: Eric, Jeff, Jessica, Helen, Kaitlin, & Tomaj) were all so attentive and provided our guests with excellent service all night long.
