My wife and I came by to try out the new spot inside of Horchatería. We both got the oyster mushroom torta.I'll start off with the pros:The flavor is definitely there! It's oyster mushroom marinated in adobo, topped with arugula and garlic aioli, paired with Swiss cheese. As someone who doesn't usually like mushrooms, I finished all of it! We both opted for light arugula.Their esquite was delicious!! That side is worth the visit alone. Now for the cons:The bread (which I believe is birote), was very hard, almost as if it were stale or old. I left half the birote as it was too hard to finish, opting to finish the meat with a fork. The garlic aioli is with the arugula, so if you finish that first, there is not much sauce left leaving the bread too dry.I'll definitely be back, but I'll have to give them some time to figure out the bread situation.Vegetarian options: Oyster mushroom torta
