I found out soon after sitting down that the place was owned by real Napolitani and their intention was to bring tastes of real Italy to Greenwich. The cocktail list was small, but the Bianca signature drink with lychee was incredible. The espresso martini was great too! The food reminded me of my Italian family’s cooking which to me is not easy to find! I ordered the Paccheri Amatriciana because they use guanciale instead of bacon or pancetta like the true recipe calls for. It was to die for! All pasta is made in house! To finish the meal, we ended with ricotta pie. If you want authentic Italian food, you need to stop by Bianca.
