I would give -3 stars for service if I could.
I called in my order of 1 small and 1 large pie at 7:15. The lady told me 30 minutes. At 7:53 I went to pick up and was told they were "hit with a rush" and my pie would be 20 more minutes. I waited and picked up my order. The parking lot had a couple cars, employee vehicles I assume and not a single customer inside. There were two young men in the kitchen, leaning and chatting. I also noticed that my pizzas were the only ones in the holder for pick up. I questioned the additional wait time and was met with a bad attitude immediately. I asked "so in-between me calling in my order and me coming in 30 minutes later, you all got hit with a rush, satisfied that rush and no signs of the rush exists? ". I was told "well it's baseball season ya know". I was told that after she took my order and hung up the phone that somebody else called in for an order of 10 pizzas. I did question why if that 'supposed' order came in after mine, why was it prepared before mine, to which I was met with more attitude. I told her if she forgot to put my order in, it was ok, just say so and she insisted that in that 30 minutes the rush came, was satisfied and left. I told her that this was my second time ordering from them and I encountered and issue the first time as well. That issue was that I had paid over the phone when I ordered the pizza and had the notification from my bank that my card was charged, yet they told me I had not paid for it. When I told her about that she said "well I wouldn't have came back after the first time". On what planet does a manager say that to a guest? Anyhow, on my order slip the time shows 7:46, not 7:15 when I called. My order wasn't put in for 30 mins. There was no rush, just a manager performing poorly and not even being able to be up front and honest about it. We're all human and make mistakes, but she insisted she did not. I am attaching a screenshot of my call time and a picture of the time on my order slip, when the order was put into the computer. Personally I will never go back. Not because of the issue but because of poor customer service and management.
