Apparently tonight, louisiana hot sauce meant rubbed! I have a very high tolerance for hot food. One small bite, couldn't eat it. Noticed it was rubbed, thought ok? Try it. Couldn't eat it. Had the waitress come and apologize, we are changing the menu, maybe that's not on it anymore..... OK. Why didn't you tell me that? I said the menu says it and I've had about two weeks ago.... yes but we are changing the menu.... again why didn't you say when I ordered? The the "owner" comes over with the menu, on the wing page. I said I ordered from the sandwich page. Which says louisiana hot SAUCE, again which I've received numerous times from multiple beefs... he tells me I'm wrong. He's trying to figure out what it is I got.... I got a louisiana hot sauce sandwich grilled like always (I have also ordered it fried as sold and it was sauce not rub) I mean how do you dry rub a deep fried sandwich???! He was so disrespectful we said unless you can give me the sandwich is ordered I don't need to talk anymore, he was so rude and condescending. Great example for his staff. They took the food off the bill. Doesn't even come close to account for the treatment and disrespect. Shamefull and unbelievable. Check out your menu and the pictures in it!
