They were out of bread for the sandwiches and offered our sandwiches on potato rolls, which were stale. There was a hand-painted sign that read "Try our Tomato-Basil soup!" When we ordered it, they said they were out.
Then why not put the hand-painted sign away?? The staff, though nice, were standing around and doing nothing. One guy was wearing a shirt from "the other restaurant" he must work for. Mind you, its 12pm on a Saturday (shopping game day!) This place is not as chic as you would expect when visiting a Bloomingdale's store. Go to Hampton Social which is 100 yards away.
