Seems this place is run by someone of Uzbekistan and Turkish descent. This clearly shows in the quality and presentation of the products, something you don't see very often here in the states.
(Remember this you "hooked on SWEET" Americans: this is very close to the mid European, Northern Arabic countries "style" but with flair and I know many a country in that area. They don't do sugar like we FAT Americans do. Remember this. You are getting the full flavor from the sweet....you Americans call them desserts, pastries, etc, without all those unnecessary sugars overwhelming what is supposed to be the flavors. At this place, I TASTED everything in the sweet.)
I can't rave about this place enough, just keep in mind to bring yourself, maybe, a couple of extra bucks because the pastries are outstanding but a little bit pricey for the average blue collar American. That being said, they are fully worth it!
They get a BIG BRAVA from me and that is VERY rare!
Brava!
