Located within the lobby of the DoubleTree hotel by Hilton, this wine bar boasts a beautiful rock wall framing the actual bar, as well as quite sizable and extremely calming fountain in the middle of the lobby. Free pool is also to be had at the single table in the lounge area near the fireplace. There is only one table, so you might have to wait your turn. When we went there on a Friday evening after work, we encountered a delightful man named carlos, who seems to be a one-man show of delicious drinks and sumptuous appetizers. This is about as fancy and classy as you get for drinks in winter park. Just for some perspective, the next classiest bar in Rohnert Park is arguably Quincy's. If you've ever been there, you know they're barely comparable. We've decided to make this the very least a monthly visit for us. This is a great place for a charming and relaxing date night. We look forward to visiting with Carlos again soon.
