I have been a customer for 9 years and i don’t have anything negative to say of course nothings perfect but if there is ever an issue with my food I have no issue getting the restaurant to fix the problem. A few weeks ago I saw them try to fix an issue where the customer was in the wrong and they still attempted to accommodate the customer. A little girl about 12 or 13 came in with a tray she brought earlier she said she didn’t like the food and wanted it re-made when the cashier opened the container there was the remains of a mostly eaten burger bun no meat and no fries with ketchup smeared all over the top of the tray on the inside. The cashier said you ate it all so I can’t give you anything else. She stated that the adult with her in the car ate it( I can’t remember if she said Aunt, Mother or Grandmother) she was a sweet shy little girl on the verg of tears…. The cashier felt bad for her and asked why she was trying to return a plate with basically nothing in it. The little girl again said MY whoever the adult was the one who ate it not me. The cashier asked her patiently why would she send you in here with an empty plate to try and get more food….Of (course that was weird), but then the gentleman at the cash register told them to tell her to hold on a second. The little girl was too upset, and she walked out of the store and got back in the car. They tried to call her back. She was never yelled at or anything and no one raise their voice during the incident. I felt really sad for the baby girl who had not eaten so I went to the car and asked her if I could get her something And I would pay for it the woman was still sitting in the car and a little girl was crying the woman never acknowledged me. The little girl said yes, and she asked for hot wings. I ordered the plate and when I attempted to pay for it, the cashier declined my payment and told me to just go ahead and take it to her so I did but within seconds the woman that was with the little girl walked back in the store, sat the plate on the table, closest to the door and left out, Once again there was no exchange of words from the woman nor the cashiers and no one ever argued they even told me to go ahead and take the plate free of charge. I noticed a few days ago a review that said they are mean to children but I’ve never been treated wrongfully in the nine years that I’ve been coming to the restaurant and I’ve never seen anyone being yelled at even when orders were mixed up ( never a issue with food quality or taste)the people who worked there will explain calmly (don’t get me wrong they’re not pushovers) but they don’t yell and scream at people.

My go to place for my lunch breaks. Food is always hot and fresh and delicious. I traded American deli for this place. Oh and the prices are perfect ! And they don’t use fake “steroid pumped” chicken . I appreciate natural sized wings

My go to place for wings when I'm on that side of town. As long as your specific in your order, i.e. cooked fresh, you're good. I prefer their ranch wings and as long as they are cooked fresh you can't go wrong.
