We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Aurora Restaurant, and everything was absolutely amazing. From the appetizers to dessert, each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor.For appetizers, we started with the **Patate Fritti**—parmesan fries with truffle and garlic aioli, which were crispy and delicious, as well as the **Mushroom Bisque Soup** that was rich, creamy, and full of earthy goodness.My husband enjoyed the **Rainbow Insalate**, a vibrant salad of baby romaine, ceci beans, salami, mozzarella, roasted peppers, beets, and marinated olives, all tossed in a zesty lemon vinaigrette. He added shrimp to make it a more substantial meal, and he loved every bite. For dessert, he chose the **Chocolate Temptation**, a decadent delight with layers of chocolate cake, chocolate and hazelnut creams, and hazelnut crunch, all covered in a luscious chocolate glaze. It was the perfect end to his meal.I opted for the **Rucola E Finocchio** salad, which featured shaved fennel, arugula, orange segments, toasted walnuts, and strawberries, all dressed in a light fennel vinaigrette. I added fish to my salad, which was cooked to perfection, adding a nice complement to the fresh, bright flavors of the salad. For dessert, I indulged in the **Torta Capri**, a divine creation of pistachio and ricotta cream layered with sponge cake and topped with crushed pistachios. It was heavenly!My daughter had the **Pasta Carbone**, which she loved, and the restaurant made her feel special by offering a complimentary birthday dessert—a creamy, salted caramel cheesecake that she absolutely adored.My son chose the **Americana Pizza** with mozzarella and tomato sauce. It was simple, but he enjoyed it thoroughly—just the way a good pizza should be.Overall, Aurora Restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was fantastic, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating a special occasion. If you're looking for a place with great food and a welcoming ambiance, I highly recommend Aurora. We’ll definitely be back!
