My mom pre-ordered our Thanksgiving meal, 2 weeks in advance, and was supposed to pick up the food 11/27. Audrey called her and said she was only “working on the pie” and that if she picked up the next day 11/28 Thanksgiving morning they would fry the turkey that morning. She went to pick up the food yesterday morning (Thanksgiving) and the only thing ready was the turkey. They told her to come back at 12:30, she came back and still had to wait over an hour and they didn’t include the collard greens that she pre-ordered. My mom gets back to the house after 2:30pm and the macaroni, dressing and sweet potatoes has to be cooked!! 🤯😩😩😩😩 The only thing that was good was the macaroni. The rest of the food was subpar especially for the price. The sweet potatoes tasted like butterscotch 🥴, the dark meat on the turkey tasted like soy sauce. We spent over $300 for this meal and they played in our face for thanksgiving. Never again!! Food is too expensive to mess over people’s money and take orders that you can’t handle.
