We were given Buffalo chicken wraps instead of the Buffalo chicken sandwiches we ordered, but that wasn't a problem, since they fixed the problem quickly. What WAS a problem was the manager loudly berating the cashier for marking down the order wrong, and yelling at the staff for various other things. I'm not even going to say she shouldn't talk to them like that in from of customers. She shouldn't talk to them like that AT ALL. Ma'am, you run an Arby's, not an empire, and I guarantee these poor kids aren't getting paid enough to put up with that. You might think you're trying to show the customers you've got our back, but what you did instead was make ME feel terrible for getting that poor kid in trouble. I don't come to Arby's to feel sad and terrible, I'm just here for the curly fries.
