Something is up with this location. High turn-over? Workers calling in? I've been here around five times (moved here recently) and the food is messed up somehow three out of five times, hence the two star rating. The last time I walked in to buy a single cookie. The ones in the display looked like none I'd ever seen in an Arby's...almost like they took the frozen dough and placed it on display. I took my chances...was asked if I'd like it heated up (by a super nice employee, I'll admit). She gave it to me in a bag. When I got out to the car, I saw that the entire cookie had literally dissolved into a weird clump of goo that clung to the bottom of the bag. Didn't want to deal with the wait, so I ate my hot goo and left. Other times the wait has been super long, with one or two exceptions. I want to send them a get well soon card, because I've always loved Arby's food...but I go other places now. UPDATE: 03/23/21 I didn't think it could get worse, but they dropped a star. Why do I keep giving them a chance? Waited in the lunch rush hour line of cars. Asked for the #1 meal, the Brisket Sandwich and two cookies. Sorry, we have no cookies. Okay, one of those awesome looking shakes then. Sorry, no shakes. Wait, we have cookies. Okay, brisket sandwich and two cookies, then. I continue forward, wait a while. Car at the window speeds off after waiting at the window a bit and getting nothing. I see another car behind me break out of line and take off. I get to the window. Sorry, we can't make your brisket sandwich. Like my predecessor, I speed off starving and empty-handed. Never again, Arby's RIP. Update 11/20/24 - My wife talked me into trying this location after years of sub-par experiences. Something has changed! The food was correct and in-stock. The restaurant was clean and the employees friendly and very capable. Even things that so often suffer at fast food restaurants were great: the trash wasn't overflowing, the bathroom was clean and maintained. Every table/booth was clean and orderly.
