Read MoreFor starters, I placed an online order with someone in a call-center. I asked for a season blackened chicken Alfredo pasta. The chicken was chopped in croissant size and burnt nowhere near seasoning. I called then and tried to explain this to the manager. She tried to make a whole Nother dish for me, but at that time I was extremely Sick sick from not eating the whole day and the broccoli was not cooked at all. She offered me to come the next day in the afternoon to remake the mail. Unfortunately, I had to leave. The next morning, I noticed there was a bell you can ring to the back of the building. The manager came to the back of the building. I asked her can I have a refund she said she had to call her manager. The manager approved the refund, but not my fool amount on the refund, she said they gave me many options which the option I chose was a full refund as going over and over in the conversation she refused to refund me my full amount please check your food thoroughly before leaving this facility. Make sure it’s up to your liking and make sure it’s well cooked to your liking as well, other than that, Customer Service was good. I never met the manager, but there was no combination done for their cook burning the chicken and under cooking the vegetables messing the order up completely recommendation for this place. Depends on how hungry you are again check your food. So my rating is a one for that I feel as the manager needs to accommodate accordingly not give excuses.
