Ordered online. Mistakes happened, and I ordered an item that I did not want. I called and asked if I could swap it out for what I had originally intended to get. I did not ask for a discount, I even offered to let him charge me more, even though what I had mistakenly ordered was more expensive than what I wanted. He was extremely rude and told me to pay more attention next time, was extremely exasperated, and told me that the price difference between the two items was completely different. (It was $1 difference, and I didn’t ask for any sort of refund. My mistake, I was 100% willing to pay the price of what I had originally ordered). Again, I understand being frustrated with me, but there was absolutely no need to be as rude as he was. I apologized multiple times, and even after all of that, he still was unbelievably upset and rude.
