This place and the owner are a joke. Tells the staff he is shutting down, just so he can turn around and hire some crazy, messed up girl to bartend. Witnessed her wasted there today and yelling at another bartender. Avoid this place. It used to be a great little neighborhood bar. The owner completely ruined it. So sad.

This place used to be decent years ago and the former owner closed it. In comes the new guy and you could tell right away he didn't care about the place or the customers. They went through a few terrible bartenders that were either drunk on the job or just didn't care. They finally found 3 or 4 good bar tenders. They had specials and food. After covid, you could tell the owner really didn't care. He seems very cheap and not with it. He never would have a company clean the bar and wouldn't pay the bartenders enough to clean everything. The place outside looks like it's abandoned just about. Lawn is never kept nice, parking lot is busted up, and the plumbing is horrible. He will do small fixes and it still doesn't work. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. He "fixed" the roof, yet there are still leaks. They went one whole summer with no A/C because he just wouldn't fix it. These bartenders and customers stayed for some reason. He took away specials, food, and drove the price of liquor up. If you have ever been here, this place should be one of the cheaper bars around to drink at. Pretty crazy. So he started changing the bar hours for some reason recently, then accused a long time bartender of stealing. Yet she was not, and he has no idea this other bartender actually manages another bar! He has no clue what's going on. So he tells the rest of the bartenders that he is closing the bar and takes their keys, even his long time manager. He turns around and opens the next day with a new bartender that used to work there before and was fired! Very weird. I left a review on their Facebook page and they blocked me because I told the truth, and then said I was barred from the place. Which I thought was pretty funny and immature. What a baby. Now they have specials again and sort of cleaned the place. Something seems real fishy about this owner and business. They are already going through a 2nd round of hiring after all of this happened. I'd stay clear of this place, at least until he sells it. Hopefully they can have someone buy it that knows what they are doing and cares about it. That's if it can actually pass an inspection.
