It’s unfortunate, I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 20 yrs… The prices have gotten steep over the years which makes sense… and service has always been great. My issue is their ability to understand an order… I can’t for the life of me understand why it’s so complicated, it does not matter if I speak in Spanish or English, I still get the same results. I ask for NO potatoes most of the time, but on occasion I like some starchy carbs so I’ll ask for lite potatoes… I always end up with a 5lb bag of potatoes, that I have to now dig through and pull out… by the time I’m finished I’m left with a pinner of a burrito and I can’t help but be upset with the price it’s cost me to do someone else’s job, because they were not competent enough to read an order right… I really hope they can get it together. Loyalty can only go so far.
