I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aji Limon on Old Route 41 in Florida, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience.
The food was simply divine—authentic, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish was a perfect balance of flavors, showcasing the richness of Peruvian cuisine.
The service was equally outstanding. Carmen, the server, is truly a gem! Her attentiveness and warmth made the meal even more special.
Although the restaurant is small, it’s beautifully organized, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Despite dining alone, I ordered three entrées, and each one exceeded my expectations. Carmen ensured I had everything I needed, making me feel right at home.
Aji Limon has officially become my favorite place to dine. Thank you for an impeccable experience—I can’t wait to return!
