I often have to wait for 20-30mins to get my orders, which is just only 1 iced americano. There’s large amount of orders from take-out and also delivery orders, given this it was high traffic spots.
The tastes of coffee also vary depends on baristas of each cups, need to be more consistent. The consistency still falls around the acceptable standards. It was understandable based on the numbers of order received with having understaffing.
This store could be one of the favorite spot for people around here. As for good reasonable-price coffee, great atmosphere, and polite staff even with overwhelming orders.
But its stills need to be improved on operation. Because waiting for an americano for ~30mins is quite frustrating, its really delays my plan and gets me late for works. Especially, with Bangkok traffic jam in the rush hour.
Hoping to see the improvement in the future.
