Read MoreI was very excited to try this place out. When I went last week, around 1:30 pm, they didn’t have sides (rice/noodles), but still had the store open only selling entrees. So, I decided to try again today and left unimpressed. I got the 1 item combo with fried rice, salt & pepper fish and veg egg rolls. Portion of the fried rice was decent, but it was salty and stale. Serving size of fish was too little - 4/5 small cubes, just fitting 1/4th of the small to go box. Fish was dry, rubbery and salty. I was momentarily surprised when they gave 3 veg egg rolls, but they were just shells - no filling whatsoever. Overall, food was a huge disappointment for the $13 (incl taxes) I spent. Will walk a little further and stick to Wok N Roll in 1000 Main, who are super fresh (cooking in small batches).
