I was released from the hospital last night, Friday" due to a stroke. My dr prescribed me a lot of new meds and a diabetes glucomoter kit.
I started looking on my publix app this morning , "Saturday" and it was under maintenance since 0800. At 1130 I bit the bullet, called the pharmacy directly and was received by Veronica. To say she was professional, calm and beyond helpful is an understatement. Unfortunately in this new time of apps and online, we are forgetting how to communicate to eachother as humans, but not Veronica, she took the time to add my new insurance, to go over every prescription and found a way to add a discount that saved me 100's of dollars.
I have been in the customer service business for nearly 30 years, so I know how to help people but rarely am ever on the other side of it. Veronica is an absolute asset to the Publix family, thank you Publix and Veronica, God bless 🙌!
