An older woman displayed extreme rudeness and condescension towards him, snapping her fingers and verbally insulting him on two separate occasions. While I won't repeat her exact words, it was clear that she was questioning his intelligence in a derogatory manner.Throughout this encounter, Chance exemplified outstanding professionalism. He remained calm and collected, apologizing after each degrading remark. Even as the woman continued to make rude comments, Chance maintained his composure and professionalism, responding in a respectful manner. He even wished her a nice day at the end of the interaction. The other customers in the line, including myself, were amazed at Chance’s grace. His ability to handle such a challenging situation with kindness is commendable. He is truly the epitome of professionalism and great character.Outstanding!
