The workers at the deli exhibited a consistently bad attitude, which greatly impacted my overall dining experience.From the moment I approached the counter, it was evident that the employees were disinterested and unenthusiastic. Their lack of friendliness and professionalism left me feeling unwelcome and hesitant to place my order. Despite my efforts to engage in polite conversation, I was met with curt responses and a noticeable lack of willingness to assist.As I finally managed to place my order, the workers seemed visibly irritated and impatient, rushing through the process without any care for accuracy or attention to detail. Additionally, I noticed that they were talking amongst themselves, seemingly oblivious to the customers' needs and preferences.Even when my order was ready, the workers handed it over without any semblance of warmth or courtesy. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them, and this indifference was apparent throughout my entire visit.Moreover, the ambiance of the deli was affected by the negative attitude of the workers. The normally inviting atmosphere of Publix was overshadowed by the constant air of discontent and lack of hospitality from the deli staff.Overall, my experience at the Publix Deli was marred by the unfriendly and unhelpful attitude of the workers. As a loyal customer, I expected much better from a reputable establishment like Publix. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the customer service at the deli to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for future patrons.
