Okay. This is my second review. I visit this location as it is closest to our house. This location was recently rebuilt. Right after that, they seemed to have everything together. All the hot bars were in tiptop shape, the salad bar etc...Recently, we have noticed a huge decline in their products. I'll give examples. In my last review, I mentioned the salad bar was empty and the Ken's ranch dressing was watered down.Well, I thought I would give it one more try. The lettuce and spinach were both wilted, so I just left it and went on to the hot bar.I had passed by a manager and several employees with warm welcomes. They said hello, smiled etc... Then I arrived at the hot bar, that is adjacent to the fried chicken and whole rotisserie's.The lady could not find the whole chicken meal deal on her register thing, so she printed out two unrelated stickers and said they will override them up front.I didn't know what that meant. But, I went on up to the customer service counter. I explained the situation and she seemed confused. So, I politely said you may want to call her as I'm really confused at this point.I've been trading at this Publix and the one at Britton Plaza for 30 years. Anyway, the nice manager that had said hello to me in passing, was standing there. Her name was Julia. Nice lady. However, she just started trying to justify everything, without accountability. This may be the problem.Walmart here I come, until Aldi comes!Karen 😁🤪
