Read MoreI had an uncomfortable & weird feeling EXPERIENCE at Publix in Longwood, FL on yesterday in the meat dept for the 1st TIME EVER and I’m a true loyal & FAITHFUL WEEKLY nice genuine friendly customer, who SPEND tons of my hubby money shopping @ Publix. So I drove ALL the way to this location (College Park) & when I walked back to meat dept I saw Stephen (a butcher who’s worked there for many yrs) & I said good afternoon. Stephen has ALWAYS been my butcher when I lived in College Park area many years ago. I proceeded to tell him what I wanted, he said let me ask my boss, which he did. In the midst of his boss coming out from the back, I overheard a woman’s name being called over the intercom and she comes back to the meat dept as well & her and the boss is having some small chat. Which kind of made me a little nervous because I was thinking a little negative convo was being had about my seafood request. So somehow I jumped into a convo with them & shared what I had experienced in Longwood, FL . The lady help assist with my seafood request and btw she was The Store Mgr name Francesca & she DELIVERED & def understood the assignment. She even went ABOVE & BEYOND by walking ME to my truck & placing my BIG box in my truck for ME. I absolutely love SPENDING my hubby coins at Publix because of TOP TIER Customer Svc & I’m BIG on Customer Service. It’s definitely a PLEASURE shopping at Publix where I can ALWAYS count on getting my fresh custom CUT BULK meat orders, seafood and other WEEKLY groceries. Hats off to Francesca, Stephen & Boss!!!!!
