Forgive me, but I just could not find the prompt to add a new review. However, I so wanted to make sure that David, the manager of my local Publix store on Ehrlich Rd. had a chance to know of my appreciation for his Asst Mgr. John's excellent service he provided me over the phone a few weeks ago. I am a recently diagnosed diabetic and it was around my birthday. After calling bakery after bakery whom were included in a Google search for diabetic or lower carb baked goods, only to hear that they either no longer offered those items or never did. I was so happy to have reached John. He not only confirmed the availability of such items in your store; he put me on a short hold, then returned and ready out loud to me, a whole print out of the items you stock in detail. Thank you, John! You made my day, that day.
From my previous visit.
Everything was well organized, fresh, delicious, reasonably priced. All Publix folks were helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. I did not have to look long for what I needed. As soon as I couldn't find something, someone was already asking if they could help me, I was impressed. Shopping was, indeed, a pleasure. And, it was quick. Thank you.
