Great walk around nature, a quiet place to relax and unwind. Buildings and farms bring back the scenery from the past when people lived without electricity. Good place for kids and families.

Place was amazing, plenty of historical items and artefacts to see - volunteer guides were friendly (props to Andrea) Couple of animal smells here and there, a decent amount of walking, sufficient washrooms and amenities - pack a small snack if you're going to see everything!

Very pretty place to walk around and see what an 1880s farm would be like. We came during the Rhubarb festival. Absolutely delicious treats for sale at a very reasonable price. Went with the kids (16, 12 and 10) and easily spent 3 1/2 hours.
