I paid over $400 for a glow-in-the-dark themed party, and there was absolutely nothing glow-in-the-dark about the whole facility. It was practically clear as day. The pictures they post on their website are only there to draw you in. None of the staff seemed to know where the manager was, so I couldn't complain to management. DO NOT FALL VICTIM to the lies they're telling you online.
Response to owner's 2nd review response: You should be more confused on why your staff didn't have an answer when I inquired about speaking with a manager and it is a lie that someone stopped by during checkout because if they had you wouldn't just now be hearing about it. You "claim" the room was glow-in-the-dark themed, but even it wasn't dark (as you can see by the pictures). It was light as day just like your park was. Plus, we had to turn the lights off ourselves (see the blue circle in the pic), and to nobody's surprise at that point... there wasn't a single thing glowing. No matter what you're claiming, you dropped the ball big time and you don't even have the decency to at least apologize for your failure.
